THE MURDER CAPITAL – SINGLE REVIEW

The Murder Capital – Feeling Fades
The Murder Capital - Feeling Fades

Release Date: Out Now

A lazier hack than I might dub the Murder Capital the Irish IDLES but there is more here than simple bandwagoneering. The Dublin quintet release new single ‘Feeling Fades’ in some of the darkest times this corner of Europe has seen in recent years with political division and cultural poverty (and real poverty) reflected in the bleakness of this music. Taking notes from the Fall, IDLES, Joy Division and, I hate to say it but, really early U2, the Murder Capital are murderously angry about the world and are intent on cloaking you in that anger. Resistance is futile.
