Lelia - Hair (Peace Dragon Records)
Release Date: Out Now
The pulsating beat that introduces 'Hair', the latest single from London based Lelia, makes you feel like you're exploring the dark labyrinth of corridors in a club, searching for the place to be. There are elements of Goldfrapp, Princess Superstar, and LCD Soundsystem to this as the layers of beats, bass and melodic groans build up to create a heaving, organic mass that draws you in. This is sexy music that makes you feel ready to stride out into the night and own it. Strap this one on to your ears and follow the neon lights - you can't go wrong.
