The cold vocal open to this track stops you in your tracks but it is the last moment you can call this anything other than warm, layered and sumptuous. Brighton collective Thimble build a musical lasagne with harmonies laid out upon violins, soft keys and a shuffling beat to create 'Rebecca', a song with jazz influences and an ambient, experimental heart. Thimble are fast becoming my most intriguing new band of 2026 and intrigue is a strong card to play in this game.
