Cornish quartet the Strydes are back with new single 'No One Needs To Know' which moves away from their more Mod influenced material into something more akin to the Beatles. The hypnotic guitar riff and loose drums provide the energy but the the vocals are pitched perfectly between Lennon and McCartney, dripping in sadness and regret throughout. There's a certain cinematic quality to the track that would work well in a moody Brit-flick about leaving your home and heading for the bright city lights in search of fame and fortune.
