There's something very English about this new track from South Korean quartet Silica Gel and that makes it all the more endearing. 'Molecular Gastronomy' has a Squeeze meets Britpop vibe with a stabbing rhythm and child-like melodies that jar with the video depicting a 9-5 working life breakdown. Throw in some prog phrases and a tendency towards Dutch Uncles guitars and, yeah, these guys might be my new favourite band.
