There is something breathtakingly captivating about the new song from Winona Oak and I can't quite put my finger on what it is. 'Breaking Point' has magical quality to the melody that sits somewhere between folk, alt pop and sad banger territory while Oak's voice is smooth like hot honey, like a favourite blanket around your shoulders after a hard day. Then there's the video that moves slowly, features a big egg and friendly looking snake. It's an unlikely combination of ingredients but it sure makes for a delicious dish and I just can't stop eating.
