THE HAAR - SINGLE REVIEW

The Haar - Star Of The County Down

Release Date: Out Now

Creative force the Haar are back with magical new single 'Star Of The County Down' and I would urge you to give yourself four minutes to fully immerse yourself in this one. Bouncing percussion, dancing vocals and various instruments taking their turn in the spotlight all jostle for position, creating a busy, bustling energy that is hard to resist. The Irish folk roots are there as well as hints of Cosmo Sheldrake, the Penguin Cafe Orchestra and a general sense of heightened anticipation. I can only imagine that the live shows will be mesmerising so if you can get out to one of their dates then I'd recommend it, you won't leave disappointed.
