The riff at the start of 'So Long', the new single from Red Eye Pariah, is one of those sounds that instantly stops you in your tracks - like an ice cream van or an air raid siren. The Antrim mob then set about the kind of uplifting indie alt-pop that will go down well on the festival circuit with bouncing guitars and punchy drums creating the perfect foil for some excellent indie crooning. Think Two Door Cinema Club and the Maccabees creating some sort of super group (Two Door Maccabee Club?) and you're in the right ball park.
