If you haven't got on board the milkshed. train yet then you really haven't been paying close enough attention. 'Love/Hate' is the new single from the Devon based trio and it combines a whole host of brilliant elements to make yet another outstanding track. Influences like Dinosaur Pile-Up, Queens of the Stone Age and Wooze are all there in the choppy, buzzing guitars, the disjointed but powerful drums and swaggeringly cool vocals. What milkshed. do so brilliantly is create songs with the anger and energy of grunge and punk but with the hooks of rock and pop - a neat trick if you can pull it off and boy can they pull it off.
