Despite Craig Gorman looking like a League 1 footballer and Alex Hosking looking like she lost a bet on a Hen Do, this track is pretty bloody good. 'Workout' builds with the kind of energy that you need in either a club or a gym with a heavy bass line and beats that don't quit double teaming you in surrender. Hosking's vocal is perfectly poised pop with just the right amount of motivation, seduction and party starting vibe which fits the track perfectly. This might just be the natural successor to Princess Superstar's 'Perfect' and that is one of my favourite tracks of all time.
