Canada's queen of alt-pop Christina Martin is back and she's 'In Control' on her new single which brings a confident and sultry energy with it. There's a moody, seductive chug to the subtle guitars but also a slight country tinge to the chord progressions which means you're never quite sure where this one is going to go next. Martin's vocal switches effortlessly between fragile and fierce with the flick of a wrist and the Fleetwood Mac vibes are pleasingly strong. There's a great video to go along with this one too, highly recommended.
