The prospect of bass virtuoso and DJ Blu DeTiger teaming up with the legendary creativity of Chromeo is, frankly, tantilising. The fact that this is a double release makes this utterly impossible to resist. 'Blu Tooth' is up first and Blu DeTiger lays down a fat bass line on top of a tight, disco beat providing the perfect platform for the synths and funk guitars to dance around on. Throw in those light, airy and carefree vocals and you've got yourself the perfect cruising song. 'Enough 4 U' takes that bassline for a walk (or is it a strut?) down the avenue on a summer's afternoon full of the confidence brought on by the realisation that you can break free from the toxicity that surrounds you. Honestly, these two tracks will keep me going through the summer so imagine if they did a whole album?
