I'm not usually one for reviewing remixes or cover versions but this reworking of the Britney Spears classic 'Toxic' is stunning and timely considering the singers release from her restrictive conservatorship. With the added ingredients from Ginuwine and Altego, the 'Toxic Pony' soup still features the signature string melody and Spears' vocals but a big ol' bass line and sultry beat turn this in to some more akin to a striptease than the hi-octane pop romp it was before. It's a bop, no doubting that.
