B Of Briz - Song So Good/Avarice

A double treat from B Of Briz now with two songs released simultaneously this month. First up is 'Song So Good' which blends neo-classical piano with a deadpan spoken word and a clattering, skittish beat that sounds like a malfunctioning old computer. 'Avarice' has a darker underbelly with a low bass tone but the piano motif and those almost menacing vocals delivered through a filter that sucks out any hint of hope are still front and centre. There's a full album to come but based on these two tracks alone this could be the kind of record that people talk about with a sense of awe and subtle bewilderment.
