The sound is like Chris Cornell singing with Ry Cooder on guitar while Carlos Santana twiddles the knobs in the production room to approving nods from the Beuna Vista Social Club gang. The beachside bar vibes are strong and you can almost taste the saltiness on the air as main-man Wille Edwards sings to the sea atop slide guitars, punchy percussion and tinkled ivories. Blissful stuff that reminds you of days beyond winter.
