Bristol outfit Oswald Slain have really impressed with their recent string of singles and 'Firing Line' keeps that streak going. There are elements of Arctic Monkeys in the atmospheric guitars and vocals almost muttered out from the shadows but the sweeping strings and thumping chorus giving this a freshness that is refreshing and brilliant. There's a debut album out later this year which is already shaping up to be banger after banger after banger.
