Impossibly young Irish singer-songwriter (16 for crying out loud) brings us debut single 'Allegedly' and it is ridiculously good. A gentle and subdued acoustic strum is soon joined by a subtle beat and Wallace's near-spoken vocal that eases effortlessly into softly sung choruses. There's something of Lily Allen's deft touch to this as well as Kate Nash's immediacy and Kimbra's delicate boldness - all of which I love. There is so much space to move into when you're only 16 but Wallace is already making good decisions so let's enjoy the journey with her, shall we?
