Just when you think you're out, Jamie Lenman pops back up with another track to drag you right back in again. It's just the way of things. Lenman's rather unexpected new single 'Summer Is Over' is one of his softer and most beautiful songs to date with a piano melody taking centre stage, surrounded by subtle strings for support and warmth. The vocal fragility is there for all to hear as they lyrics dripping in religious references are delivered with a wry smile, "I don't feel bad for the way I behaved, I did what I did for the feeling I craved". As regenerations go, this one is rather beautiful.
