THE VELVET HANDS - SINGLE REVIEW

The Velvet Hands - I Don't Care (AWAL)

Release Date: Out Now

2025 is looking like a big year for Cornish quartet the Velvet Hands as they spread their net further afield and add to their army of fans. The band's new single, 'I Don't Care', is typically fast paced with razor sharp guitars but it's the back and forth vocals that add a new dimension to the band's sound. The Libertines, the Jam and the Strokes all feature in the influences column but there is a freshness and energy to this release that makes it feel brand new and that is utterly infectious. Just plug it in to my veins.
