It's been a couple of years since the enigmatic Please Prettylea has released any music so it's good to see and hear her again. 'Fleas In The Wood' starts with a playful but dark energy like a track from a stage adaptation of the Nightmare Before Christmas with our heroine's vocal slithering and wafting through the air with a mysterious energy. There are elements of Bludnymph, Gwen Stefani and Little Mix all swirling around in the cauldron that this was mixed in and there is a pop heartbeat to the track but the alt vibes are strong which makes this stand out from the crowd, something that definitely hasn't changed in the last couple of years.
