If the press blurb didn't mention that Oska was an Austrian singer-songwriter I would swear she spent most of her life sitting on a train criss crossing the USofA with a guitar never out of reach. 'Forever Blue' has a wholesome and optimistic energy as the guitar notes undulate and the gentle but persistent beat click-clacks like the wheels on the railway tracks. Add to that a voice that is breathily angelic and you've got yourself a recipe for sheer delight and a real sense of wonder. Delightful stuff.
