This is the debut release from LA based TEHYA but don't let that fool you, this is polished and accomplished stuff. 'Crowd Pleaser' kicks straight in with an uplifting and light beat which, coupled with the perky alt-pop melodies, makes for the kind of song that will put an extra spring in your step and sparkle in your eyes. Vocally, TEHYA sits comfortably alongside the likes of UPSAHL or Madison Beer which, in case you were wondering, is high praise from me. One for your summer road-trip playlist, for sure.
