Plymouth based collective Wild Fenn have created a little piece of magic on their latest release so treat it with gentle hands and kind hearts or you risk destroying its delicate beauty entirely. 'Wild Hearts' starts with the kind of forlorn and broken energy of someone leaving home for the very last time as the gentle guitar strum and heartfelt vocals give you a sense of saying goodbye to familiarity and comfort. As the song unfolds, however, more layers are added and the sadness turns to excitement at the adventure that lies ahead. The guitars become more lively, the drums bob happily and the vocal harmonies are, frankly, stunning. A delightful experience whichever way you look at it.
