Mancunian quartet the Deep Blue have created the beautiful 'Somebody's Daughter' to shine a light on the plight of the thousands of faceless refugees trying to gain access to a safe country for them and their family. The track itself is melodically sweeping and uplifting which is miraculous considering the subject matter but the gently and compassionate keys blends with a shuffling beat to provide a platform of kindness and empathy. It's a beautifully and delicately juxtaposed song with lyrics that break your heart and melodies sent to heal so I'd recommend getting on board with this one as soon as possible for your head and your heart.
