I'm still getting to know Greta Van Fleet which means I'm only just coming across the backlash accusing them of being Led Zep copyists but I'm not here for the negative energy so back in your box nay sayers. 'The Falling Sky' has one of those riffs that could raise an army of the dead and a beat that gives them something to march to so we're off to a great start. Then come the rasping vocals and the kind of chorus that makes you want to take on the world which, when all combined, does have a flavour of Plant and Page to it but it also sounds like Haunt the Woods which is never a bad thing. Whichever way you listen to it, this is a great track and I thoroughly recommend it to all but the snobbiest of music snobs.
