Welsh quartet Pseudo Cool (great name, btw) are seizing that Beach Boys aesthetic on new single 'Sharp's Catching Waves'. Scratchy indie-pop guitars, punchy drums and late-80s indie vocals all swirl around with frenetic and infectious energy that doesn't take any prisoners. Hearing this performed live would be a real treat but even if it was the first time you heard it the energy would carry you along. Great stuff.
