The Irish music scene is in rude health at the moment with artists of all genres breaking through to make sure their message gets heard. The Murder Capital are another product of this rich seam of talent and new single 'Return My Head' comes along with an enthralling video to boot. Rich, deep vocals start breathlessly telling a tale as the guitar, bass and drums pulsate with pent up energy and a sense of purpose like a boxer waiting for the bell to ring. Bristling with fierce energy and unspent anger, this is a great start to the year but, with an album due in a few weeks, I suspect the Murder Capital's year will only improve from here.
