Mancunian troubadour Granfalloon (Richard Lomax to his mum) is back with the wonderfully weird and fourth-wall breaking new single 'Please Write Responsibly'. Gently forlorn acoustic notes ripple like the last warm breeze of summer before Lomax's semi-spoken vocal joins in to weave a tale of fantastical day dreams and whimsy. The gorgeous animated video is a piece of lo-fi delight and makes this a package that would surely go down well with the fans of Badly Drawn Boy or Jim Noir which, in my book, makes this a pretty special song.
