THE NATIVE - SINGLE REVIEW

The Native - Changes (This Feeling Records)

Release Date: 27th May 2022

Rising indie stars the Native are back with a new single tomorrow and 'Changes' is the tune you need as summer starts to awake from hibernation. Optomistic guitar chords and a punchy beat get things going before the vocals join in tinged with regret and a sense of nostalgia. This is the kind of song that makes you want to drive along the coast with the top down and a sense of escape on your mind. The Native are on their way to bigger things and maybe they'll look back on these days as a simpler time but I suspect they're going to thoroughly enjoy what comes next and so will we.
