If you haven't got on board the Larkin Poe train yet then you really need to get a move on because this train ain't stopping any time soon. The duo's new single 'Bad Spell' snarls in to life on the electric guitar before the whip-crack of the drums keep that tiger at bay like a ring-master with a battered chair. Slide, guitar and bass all line up on the big ol' chorus riff and those vocals sound like heartbreak that's been soaking in whisky until a plan for revenge rises to the surface. This is blues with a kick and when it kicks you'd better be bracing for impact.
