THE SKINNER BROTHERS - SINGLE REVIEW

The Skinner Brothers - Put Me Down As A
Maybe

Release Date: Out Now

The squelch of the bass line that introduces this track is phenomenal and then the riff kicks in and, boom, we're off. The Skinner Brothers drop 'Put Me Down As A Maybe' and, honestly, if it doesn't put a swagger in your step then you're not listening properly. The bombast of Kasabian, the sway of Fun Lovin' Criminals and the rock'n'roll energy of Reef jamming with Gomez all blend together to make the kind of track that you want to play on a loop just to keep your energy levels up and your chest pushed out. This is British Indie-Rock at its absolute finest with tight drums, incredible guitars and the aforementioned bass line keeping it all pumping. Track of the year? Possibly. Very possibly.
