SKUNK ANANSIE – SINGLE REVIEW

Skunk Anansie – This Means War
Skunk Anansie - This Means War

Release Date: Out Now

Of all the 90s revival bands around at the moment, Skunk Anansie seem to be making the most of this second bite of the cherry – largely because their sound fits the general vibe of anger and injustice pervading at the moment. Skin and the boys release ‘This Means War’ and it is a huge tune with Tom Morello size riffs and that distinctive vocal screaming out across the moshpit, “This means war, fuckers!”. If you a rock show together with Deux Furieuses and Prophets of Rage acting as the bread to Skunk Anansie’s filling then you might just find that you could change the world in a night - once the circle pit have tired themselves out, of course.
