Hartman, maintains her stylishness beyond mere photographs as this track bubbles
and bounces with spirit, energy, optimism and a smile borne of pure joy. A lazy
guitar riff and dreamy vocals mix with a chilled beat to make a tune that is
super laid-back like Tennis or Best Coast but has the off kilter spirit of
Grace In-Space or Feist. Hartman’s voice is dreamily velvety and as love songs
go this one is about as simple and honest as they come. One to add to your ‘play
me when Spring has arrived’ playlist.
