Hampshire border comes aggressively named band You’re F!red and their new single
‘Forgetmenow’. There’s a tense and slightly panicked energy behind this track
which rattles along at a quick lick as if being pursued down a series of Victorian
alley ways by a mysterious hooded man. The drums are banging, the vocals macabrely
theatrical and the electronic melodies mix with driving guitars to create a
sound that is arresting, attention seeking and full of nervous energy that
suggests it is or has been up to no good. Fascinating.
