JPNSGRLS – SINGLE REVIEW

JPNSGRLS – Trojan Horse
JPNSGRLS - Trojan Horse

Release Date: Out Now

Aside from an aversion to vowels, Vancouver boys JPNSGRLS also have a knack for a tune…and then some. New single ‘Trojan House’ is a cry for help from small town dead-endness played out through the spirits of the likes of the Strokes, Engine 88, the Wrens, We Are Scientists and Weezer. Intense guitars, unforgiving drums and the kind of vocals that could strip paint at 20 paces. At less than 3 minutes long this song has a punk ethic about it but the slickness of a pop song and the swagger of rock’n’roll. You can’t ask for much more than that, can you?
