KING NO-ONE - SINGLE REVIEW

King No-One - Constellation
King No-One - Constellation

Release Date: Out Now

York teenagers King No-One are playing the music industry game but on their own terms and a healthy dose of honesty which is hard not to be charmed by. New track 'Constellation' starts with a frantic and paranoid ripple of synths which is soon explodes in to a sexy, snaking, slinky guitar riff and some indie-disco swagger. King No-One mixes some marvellous indie influences from Ian Brown, Arctic Monkeys, Shed Seven and  Swim Deep to the Killers, Franz Ferdinand, the Strokes and Vampire Weekend. They've got the style of a young Suede and the kind of confidence that only comes with teenage bravado amplified by strapping on an electric guitar and turning it up to 11. This song is great indie fodder and has enough of a hook to draw you in so they just need some heavy rotation to get out in to the public domain. It's just a matter time before these boys become men.
